My Account

In order to have access to the 3D models that you have already bought as a customer or subscriber,

you need to switch to your personal account on SANIX3D

( below, the instructions for access are shown )

• Step 1 

Click on the My Account button

 

• Step 2

Enter your e-mail with which you made the purchase
(e-mail of the client/subscriber)

press the button ,, Get Sign-In Link ,,

 

You will receive a notification after pressing the button, in the upper right corner

 

 

• Step 3

You will receive a letter for access by e-mail 

( Click on the button ,, SIGN IN ,, in the letter )

 

• Step 4

After clicking on the link, in the upper right corner, you will receive a notification that you have entered your personal account

 

• Step 5

press the ,, My Account ,, button again, and you will enter your personal account

 

• Questions and answers :
  1. I don’t receive the Access Link by email…
  In this case, most likely, you have Hotmail ( Outlook ) e-mail

• 2. In My Account, there are no models that I purchased recently…
  In this case, there can be 2 reasons :
  a). You, most likely, did not apply the correct e-mail with which you made the purchase
  b). You have been blocked on SANIX3D, for non-compliance with the license
