In this case, there can be 2 reasons :
- You, most likely, did not apply the correct e-mail with which you made the purchase
- You have been blocked on SANIX3D, for non-compliance with the Licence
I don’t receive the Access Link by email…
In this case, most likely, you have Hotmail ( Outlook ) e-mail , you can find the solution here : White List on E-Mail
