General Terms and Conditions

THESE TERMS AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES OF SANIX3D.

LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SELLER AND BUYER

1. General Licensing Conditions

1.1 Upon payment of any applicable license fee for the Product, the Buyer obtains a license in accordance with the terms and conditions of this section. Any license related to the Product is conditioned by the money transfer (with the exception of free products) from the Buyer to the Seller.

1.2 All product licenses are non-transferable. Buyers do not own any products and are authorized to use it in accordance with the applicable license terms and conditions. Except as expressly provided in the terms of the custom license set in the special “Custom License Terms” section, the seller retains the copyright on the Products purchased or downloaded by any Buyer.

1.3 The Product use license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and is granted to you only as the original buyer.

1.4 The product can not be sold, given or assigned to another person or entity in the form of downloading from the Site.

1.5 The Buyer’s License for the Product in this paragraph is strictly limited to the Embedded Product. Any use or republication, including the sale or distribution of the product that is not embedded.

1.6 The product is strictly forbidden to use in any case: the distribution or the approved use of the Product as an Embedded Product includes, but is not limited to: (1) static images or motion pictures; resold as part of a feature, broadcast, or stock photo.

1.7 The buyer can sell, give or transmit to another person only the PRINTED MODEL(SANIX3D projects, it is FAN ART) – in the past MALIX3DESIGN . With the printed product, do what you want –  Its your personal responsibility  . STL files – It is strictly forbidden to sell or transmit them to another person, or any other way to spread them.
It is your personal responsibility in the following case as well: What name you give to the product for sale. 
SANIX3D does not recommend giving names to products that would infringe any copyright rights (Character names, Company names, etc...).

1.8 The images made by SANIX3D ( in the past MALIX3DESIGN ), in the content of which represents the virtual model, cannot be posted on other resources, without the consent of SANIX3D or cannot be posted without the SANIX3D logo ( in the past MALIX3DESIGN )If you want to sell the already printed models, according to point 1.7, take photos with the printed model. If you do not have personal images with the printed model, you can apply images from SANIX3D, where the SANIX3D logo can be seen ( in the past MALIX3DESIGN ).

Those who will violate these Licensing rules will be blocked:

  • The person will be blocked access to SANIX3D
  • The person will be locked on social networks
  • PayPal will receive a violation complaint to close the buyer’s account (with all the funds on your account)
  • In the companies that are responsible for copyright, a copy of the copyright infringement will be sent to the buyer’s region (indicating the person’s name, mail, legal address and IP address in the letter

2 . Site Ownership

2.1 All information on the Site is copyrighted proprietary material of SANIX3D and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without SANIX3D’s prior permission. Except as expressly provided herein, SANIX3D and its suppliers do not grant any express or implied right to you under any patents, registered design, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secret information of SANIX3D.SANIX3D’s logos, slogans trademarks whether registered or unregistered may not be used without SANIX3D’s specific written consent to do so.

3 . Members

3.1 In consideration of your use of the Site, you agree to:- provide accurate, current, and complete Member account information about you as may be prompted by the registration and/or login form on the Site (the “Registration Data”);- maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any information you provide to SANIX3D, to keep it accurate, current and complete;- accept all risks of unauthorized access to information and Registration Data. You have sole responsibility for adequate protection and backup of data and/or equipment used in connection with the Site.

3.2 You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your Member user ID. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your user ID

3.3 By signing up to this Site you agree to register using a valid email address that you are entitled to use and that is not hosted by any temporary email service.

4. Privacy and Security

4.1 SANIX3D takes privacy very seriously and shall never sell, share, or otherwise disclose any of your personal information to anyone. Information that is collected upon sign up is used only to enhance your experience on the Site and for troubleshooting purposes.

5. Buy/Sell the printed product

5.1 SANIX3D projects are a FAN ART, which does not require a license to sell the product already printed.You printed with your printer, you used plastic or resin (or other printing options) …With the printed product, do what you want –  Its your personal responsibility .
All models displayed on SANIX3D are fan art, SANIX3D do not grant any license to sell prints, any sale of printed products is always the responsibility of the sellers and , SANIX3D not responsible for any sale of printed models to third parties. !!!

6. Copyright

6.1 SANIX3D creates STL files. It is necessary to mention that the result of these files is a combination of inspiration from several sources, fantasy and one’s own preferences, the overall result of experience, studies and practice in the field. Any resemblance to other works is just a coincidence, moreover SANIX3D spreads the STL file which in itself is a code and not a finished product, so it is not responsible for the use of files by other third parties.SANIX3D is open for any comments or complaints in the event that you believe that  violations or illegalities have been admitted.Please fill in the form – DMCA  ( Digital Millennium Copyright Act ) Your request will be reviewed as soon as possible .
The form must be prepared according to its fulfillment conditions, in order to reach the addressee. The issuing person is responsible for the information recorded in the form, and is fully responsible for the statements made.
