General Terms and Conditions
LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SELLER AND BUYER
1. Product Use Conditions
➡️ 1.1
These Terms and Conditions apply to all SANIX3D Products, without exception, regardless of whether they are:
- purchased for a fee,
- provided free of charge,
- or made available to members/subscribers as part of a subscription.
Any Product may be used only in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The right to use a Product is not dependent on payment and applies equally to paid, free, and subscription-based Products.

Products are non-transferable. Users do not acquire any intellectual property rights in the Products they purchase, download, or receive. All copyrights and related rights remain the exclusive property of SANIX3D, except where expressly stated otherwise in a dedicated “Custom Terms” section.
➡️ 1.3
The Product may not be sold, gifted, shared, assigned, or otherwise made available to any other person or legal entity in digital form, including but not limited to downloading, redistribution, re-uploading, or any other method of digital transmission.
➡️ 1.4
Use of the Product is strictly limited to an Embedded Product. Any use, republication, sale, or distribution of the Product in a non-embedded or standalone form is strictly prohibited.
➡️ 1.5
It is strictly prohibited to use the Product in any of the following ways, including but not limited to:
- as a digital product – distribution or resale of the Product in the form of static images, animations, renders, or media files.
- as a digital product – use or resale of the Product as part of a film, broadcast, media content, advertisements, or stock image/media collections.
➡️ 1.6
The User is permitted to sell, gift, or otherwise transfer only the PHYSICAL PRINTED MODEL (SANIX3D projects, which are FAN ART, formerly MALIX3DESIGN).
After printing, any use or sale of the physical product is carried out entirely at the User’s own responsibility.
Digital files (STL or any other digital formats) may not be sold, shared, transferred, published, or distributed in any form or by any means.
The User bears full responsibility for the naming of any product offered for sale. SANIX3D does not recommend using names that may infringe third-party intellectual property rights, including character names, company names, or trademarks.

Images created by SANIX3D (formerly MALIX3DESIGN) that depict virtual models may not be published, reposted, or used on other platforms or resources without the explicit consent of SANIX3D, unless the SANIX3D logo is clearly visible.
When selling printed models in accordance with section 1.6, the User must use their own photographs and/or video materials of the physical printed model.
If no original materials are available, SANIX3D images may be used only if the SANIX3D logo is clearly visible.

Sale of Printed Products.
All SANIX3D projects are FAN ART. SANIX3D does not grant licenses to sell printed products.
If a User prints a model using their own equipment and materials (plastic, resin, or other printing methods), any use or sale of the physical printed product is done entirely at the User’s own responsibility.
SANIX3D is not responsible for any sales, distribution, or transactions involving printed models sold to third parties.
2. Site Ownership
All content available on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, designs, files, and layouts, is the proprietary and copyrighted material of SANIX3D and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of SANIX3D.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, neither SANIX3D nor its suppliers grant any express or implied rights to any patents, registered designs, copyrights, trademarks, logos, slogans, or trade secrets owned or controlled by SANIX3D.
The SANIX3D name, logos, slogans, and trademarks, whether registered or unregistered, may not be used without the prior written consent of SANIX3D.
3. Members

By using the Site, you agree to:
- provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating a Member account (“Registration Data”);
- maintain and promptly update your Registration Data to keep it accurate and complete.
You are responsible for ensuring appropriate protection, security, and backup of any data or equipment used in connection with the Site.
➡️ 3.2
You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your Member account and user ID and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
➡️ 3.3
By registering on the Site, you agree to use a valid email address that you are legally entitled to use and that is not provided by temporary or disposable email services.
4. Privacy and Security
SANIX3D takes privacy seriously and does not sell, share, or disclose personal information to third parties, except where required by law.
Information collected during registration or use of the Site is used solely to improve user experience, ensure proper site functionality, and for troubleshooting or security purposes.
5. Copyright
SANIX3D creates STL files that represent digital design data. These files are the result of artistic interpretation, inspiration from multiple sources, imagination, personal preferences, and professional experience.
The distributed STL files represent digital code and do not constitute finished physical products. SANIX3D is not responsible for how these files are used, modified, or distributed by third parties.
SANIX3D is open to reviewing claims regarding copyright violations. If you believe your rights have been infringed, please submit a properly completed DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) notice.
The submitting party is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for all statements made in the notice.
6. Violations and Enforcement
Violation of any of the above terms may result, without prior notice, in one or more of the following actions:
PayPal Notification
A formal violation report may be submitted to PayPal, which may result in the limitation or permanent closure of the Buyer’s PayPal account, including the freezing or forfeiture of all funds held in that account, in accordance with PayPal policies.
Copyright Infringement Reporting
A copyright infringement notice may be filed with the appropriate copyright enforcement authorities in the Buyer’s region.
Such notice may include the Buyer’s full name, email address, legal address, and IP address, as required by applicable law.
SANIX3D reserves the right to pursue any additional legal or equitable remedies available under applicable local, national, and international copyright laws.
